参附强心汤治疗心阳不振型慢性心力衰竭的临床研究

| 摘要 |
探讨参附强心汤治疗心阳不振型慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 选取符合纳入标准的心阳不振型慢性心力衰竭患者 70 例，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用参附强心汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效、心功能指标、中医证候积分等变化。结果 治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组心功能指标及中医证候积分改善情况均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 参附强心汤治疗心阳不振型慢性心力衰竭疗效显著，能明显改善患者心功能及中医证候。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction on chronic heart failure caused by Xinyang depression. Methods 70 patients with chronic heart failure who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction was added to the treatment group. The changes of clinical efficacy, cardiac function index and TCM syndrome score were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the improvement of cardiac function index and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenfu Qiangxin Decoction is effective in treating chronic heart failure with Xinyang deficiency. It can improve the heart function and TCM syndrome of patients.
