| 摘要 |
分析危机管理模式对于老年急性心肌梗死患者的护理意义，旨在提升治疗效果。方法 时间范围是2021年4月到2023年4月，调研人群是在我院治疗老年急性心肌梗死患者196例，分为观察组（n=98）和对照组（n=98），分别采取常规急诊护理和危机管理模式，对比急诊护理效果。结果 观察组的抢救指标均优于对照组，且并发症发生率比对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 将危机管理模式应用于老年急性心肌梗死患者的急诊护理中，能减少急诊救护的时间，避免并发症，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the nursing significance of crisis management mode for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction, and to improve the treatment effect. Methods The time range was from April 2021 to April 2023. The survey population was 196 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital, which was divided into observation group (n=98) and control group (n=98). The routine emergency nursing and crisis management mode were adopted respectively to compare the effect of emergency nursing. Results The rescue index of the observation group was better than the control group, and the complication rate was lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the crisis management mode to the emergency care of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction can reduce the time of emergency rescue and avoid complications, which is worth promoting.
