快速康复外科理念在肾结石患者护理中的应用效果研究

摘要	研究手术室细节护理在手术室中的应用效果。方法选择2020年01月－2021年01月到本院接受手术治疗的患者74例，随机分为实验和对照两组。分析护理安全性和护理患者心理状态。结果观护理前，两组心理状态对比，P＞0.05，护理后，实验组心理状态评分低于对照组，P＜0.05；实验组患者手术相关指标均低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论运用手术室细节护理给予患者干预，可改善患者的心理状态和临床指标，可推广。
Abstract	Objective To study the application effect of operating room detail nursing in operating room. Methods 74 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Analyze the nursing safety and the psychological state of nursing patients. Results before nursing, the psychological state of the two groups was compared (P > 0.05). After nursing, the psychological state score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05); The operation related indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion the use of operating room detail nursing intervention can improve the psychological state and clinical indicators of patients, which can be popularized.
