Objective To explore the clinical application of the drainage drainage of gynecological postoperative patients under the integrated mode of medical care. Methods A total of 194 patients with drainage drainage were selected from the treatment area A and B of our hospital from November 2023 to May 2024 by convenient sampling method. Among them, 98 cases were in the control area A and 96 cases were in the improved group B. The control group was treated with traditional drainage drainage treatment and fixed drainage tube education. 2 The experimental group adopted the technical scheme of drainage tube drainage cluster management based on the integration of medical care. Results In terms of drainage tube drainage treatment, timeliness, effectiveness, technical level, occurrence of pressure sore and dressing change frequency, the improved group was superior to the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion The technical plan of drainage tube cluster management in gynecological surgery has improved the management technology of drainage tube from ward round mode, drainage tube extrusion method, dressing selection, innovative abdominal band use details. The drainage treatment is timely and effective, significantly reducing the frequency and cost of dressing change, and improving patient satisfaction.
