摘要	探讨基于快速康复外科理念的多模式护理干预在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法将我院2021年1月-2022年1月70例乳腺癌手术患者，双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施基于快速康复外科理念的多模式护理干预。比较护理满意度、住院时间、并发症率。结果实验组护理满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论乳腺癌手术患者实施基于快速康复外科理念的多模式护理干预效果确切。
Abstract	Objective To explore the application effect of multi-modal nursing intervention based on the concept of fast recovery surgery in breast cancer patients. Methods 70 patients with breast cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into two groups by double-blind randomization. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given multi-modal nursing intervention based on the concept of fast recovery surgery. Nursing satisfaction, length of hospital stay, and complication rates were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The multi-modal nursing intervention based on the concept of fast recovery surgery is effective for breast cancer surgery patients.
