| 摘要 |
探析实施预见性护理对艾灸烫伤的预防效果的影响作用。方法 选择我科2023.2~2024.2，一年间收治的90例接受艾灸治疗的患者作为此次研究的目标对象。将患者按照护理方法的不同随机分为对照组（45例，使用常规护理）和研究组（45例，实施预见性护理）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组在接受护理之后，均取得了一定成效，研究组患者健康教育（17.87±1.64）分，体位指导（18.98±1.35）分，治疗评估（18.09±1.17）分，烫伤护理（19.34±1.21）分各项均高于对照组，烫伤发生率0.0%显著低于对照组8.9%，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在对艾灸治疗患者实施护理时，预见性护理拥有显著的预防烫伤效果，可以有效提高患者护理满意度，有显著的应用意义。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the impact of implementing anticipatory nursing on the preventive effect of moxibustion burns. Methods 90 patients who received moxibustion treatment in our hospital from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the target subjects for this study. Patients were randomly divided into a control group (45 cases, receiving routine care) and a study group (45 cases, receiving anticipatory care) according to different nursing methods. Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of patients after completion. Results After receiving nursing care, both groups achieved certain results. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of burns was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Proactive nursing has a significant preventive effect on burns when implementing nursing care for patients undergoing moxibustion treatment, which can effectively improve patient satisfaction with nursing care and has significant application significance.
