| 摘要 |
老年痴呆症是老年期常见疾病，呈慢性发展性特点，而且在疾病作用下患者的认知、记忆力均会发生较大变化，其行为也会存在一定异常，这也导致各种安全隐患的发生，故应对患者展开全面评估，结合以往经验及患者实际情况制定相应的护理对策，切实减少风险事件的发生，改善患者生活质量水平。

| Abstract |
Alzheimers disease is a common disease in the elderly, showing chronic developmental characteristics, and under the effect of the disease, patients cognition and memory will undergo great changes, and their behavior will also have certain abnormalities, which will also lead to a variety of safety risks, so patients should be comprehensively evaluated, combined with previous experience and the actual situation of patients to develop appropriate nursing countermeasures. Effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events and improve the quality of life of patients.
