| 摘要 |
探讨手术中CORN压力性损伤量表的应用。方法 选取2022年7月~2023年7月内于我院行手术治疗的患者96例，使用随机对照方式分为对照组（Braden量表评估）和观察组（CORN量表评估）各48例，对比不同量表评估后对患者实施相应处理的效果。结果 术中观察组评估分数低于对照组，且评估时间短于对照组，且并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异均存在统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 在手术中使用CORN压力性损伤量表对患者术中压力性损伤进行评估能够显著减少术后压疮等并发症的发生，且该方式评估时间较短，具有应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application of the CORN pressure injury scale during surgery. Methods 96 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (evaluated by Braden scale) and an observation group (evaluated by CORN scale), with 48 patients in each group. The effects of corresponding treatments on patients evaluated by different scales were compared. Results The evaluation score of the intraoperative observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the evaluation time was shorter than that of the control group. The total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The use of CORN pressure injury scale during surgery to evaluate intraoperative pressure injury in patients can significantly reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications such as pressure ulcers, and this method has a short evaluation time and practical value.
