Objective To investigate the clinical application value of high-quality nursing care for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic surgery. Methods 140 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were included in the study. Nasal endoscopic surgery was performed in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022. The patients were randomly divided into a reference group and a high-quality group using a simple randomization method. The reference group received traditional nursing care, while the high-quality group received high-quality nursing services on the basis of the reference group. High quality nursing services include preoperative care, postoperative care, postoperative pain care, postoperative complication care, as well as oral and dietary care. Results The results showed that patients in the high-quality group had better levels and duration of depression, anxiety, and pain after nursing intervention compared to the control group (P < 0.05), and the incidence of complications was lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing can significantly improve patients emotions, alleviate pain, reduce the incidence of complications, and thus improve their quality of life after surgery. Therefore, high-quality nursing has important clinical application value in patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps undergoing endoscopic surgery.
