Objective: To study the effect of budesonide nebulization inhalation on the treatment of community-acquired pneumonia in children and its impact on inflammatory indicators. Method: Sixty eight children with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and assigned to a traditional group and a treatment group. Finally, statistical analysis was conducted on the treatment efficacy and inflammatory indicators of the acquired pneumonia in the affected children. Result: According to the data, the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the traditional group, and there was a significant difference in the data, so there was a comparative significance (P<0.05). The inflammatory indicators of the treatment group showed significant improvement, and the data comparison showed significant statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment method of budesonide nebulization inhalation has shown significant effects in the clinical treatment of pediatric pneumonia, thereby improving treatment efficacy and inflammatory indicators in children. Therefore, it is worthy of wider application and promotion.
