Objective: To investigate the effect of oral ulcer combined with vitamin B2 on radioactive oral mucositis in nasopharyngeal malignant tumor. Methods: 50 patients with nasopharyngeal malignant tumors admitted to the first department of radiotherapy from November 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases each. Both groups received intensity-modulated radiotherapy. The control group adopted routine oral care and health education, and on the premise of oral care and health education, the observation group used the combined treatment mode of oral ulcer loose, vitamin B2 and atomization inhalation to observe the effect of medication. Results: The radioactive oral mucositis and pain were statistically significant (P <0.05); the healing time and the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effect of oral ulcer combined with vitamin B2 in the treatment of radioactive oral ulcer is remarkable, which can reduce the radiation oral mucosa damage and shorten the time of ulcer healing, and has certain clinical promotion and application value.
