| 摘要 |
讨论及研究苯磺酸左氨氯地平片与硝苯地平缓释片治疗高血压的效果。方法 参与本次研究患者的数量为100例，时间范围2023年4月份至2024年4月份，对照组硝苯地平缓释片治疗，实验组患者提供苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果以及不良反应发生率，评估患者治疗前以及治疗八周后的血压水平。结果 两组患者在通过不同的治疗方式后，服用苯碘酸左旋氨氯地平治疗的实验组患者血压水平略优于对照组，但差异不大，p>0.05，从两组患者的治疗效果来看，两组患者的治疗效果差异不大，p>0.05，从两组患者的不良反应发生率来看，实验组患者的不良反应发生率更低，P<0.05。结论 为高血压患者提供苯磺酸左氨氯地平片治疗可以改善患者的血压水平，同时降低患者出现不良反应的机率，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: To discuss and study the effect of levamlodipine tablet and nifedipine sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: the number of patients involved in the study is 100 cases, time range from April 2023 to April 2024, the control group nifedipine sustained-release treatment, experimental group patients with benzene amlodipine, compare the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions, and evaluate the blood pressure level before and after eight weeks of treatment. Results: After different treatment methods, the BP of levamlodipine was slightly better than the control group, but p> 0.05, the difference effect, p> 0.05, and the incidence of adverse reactions in both groups of patients, P <0.05. Conclusion: Providing levamlodipine tablets for hypertensive patients can improve the blood pressure level and reduce the probability of adverse effects.
