| 摘要 |
分析叙事护理缓解急性白血病患者化疗期癌因性疲乏的影响。方法 纳入本次研究患者的数量80例，时间范围2023年5月份至2024年5月份，依据患者入院治疗时间的先后顺序分成了对照组和实验组，每组设定患者的数量为40例，对照组提供常规护理；实验组为叙事护理，分析两组患者的生活质量、癌因性疲乏。结果 实验组患者的生活质量更佳，癌因性疲乏力明显得到改善，p<0.05。结论 在急性白血病患者化疗期护理当中，提供叙事护理模式，可以使得患者的生活质量呈现上升的趋势，改善患者的癌因性疲乏，提高了患者的护理满意度，值得在临床推广实施。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of narrative nursing on alleviating cancer-related fatigue in acute leukemia patients during chemotherapy. Methods A total of 80 patients were included in this study, with a time range from May 2023 to May 2024. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of hospitalization time. The number of patients in each group was set to be 40, and routine care was provided in the control group. The experimental group was narrative nursing, and the quality of life and cancer-related fatigue were analyzed. Results The quality of life of the experimental group was better, and the cancer-related fatigue was significantly improved (p<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of acute leukemia patients during chemotherapy, providing narrative nursing model can make the quality of life of patients show an upward trend, improve patients cancer-related fatigue, and improve patients nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
