Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention during total hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods 60 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture who received total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were screened by random number table method. The groups were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing during treatment. Observation group took early rehabilitation nursing intervention, and analyzed and compared the final nursing effect of the two groups. Results The comparison of the final results between the two groups showed that the anxiety and compliance of patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group. The postoperative activity time of patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the postoperative pain degree was less than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group. Finally, the recovery effect of hip function and living activity of patients was better than that of the control group. (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in the management of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and total hip replacement can further improve the quality of clinical nursing service, enhance the physical and mental comfort and cooperation of patients, and improve the efficiency of postoperative physical recovery of patients.
