| 摘要 |
观察分析儿童保健护理对儿童生长发育的影响效果和应用价值。方法 采用回顾性研究方法，选择院内就诊的60例接受保健的儿童（样本纳入例数：60例；样本纳入时间：2022年5月至2023年5月），以随机摸球为基础分组方式，分为对照、实验两个小组，观察例数高度一致。分别实施常规护理，儿童保健护理。收集分析护理效果。结果 与对照组（常规护理）相比，实验组（儿童保健护理）护理后的身体发育指标更高，经功能发育评分更高，不良生长发育情况发生率更低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 儿童保健护理可以有效促进儿童生长发育，降低不良生长发育风险，有助于促进保健效果，有较高应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To observe and analyze the effect and application value of childrens health care on childrens growth and development. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select 60 children who received health care in the hospital (sample included: 60 cases; Sample inclusion time: May 2022 to May 2023) was divided into control and experimental groups based on random ball touching, and the number of observed cases was highly consistent. Routine nursing and child health care were respectively implemented. The nursing effect was collected and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group (conventional nursing), the experimental group (child health care) had higher physical development index, higher functional development score and lower incidence of adverse growth and development after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Child health care can effectively promote the growth and development of children, reduce the risk of poor growth and development, help to promote the health care effect, and have high application value.
