| 摘要 |
白塞病是全身性免疫相关的血管炎性疾病，目前临床尚无特效治疗方法。结合张志真教授多年的临床经验，张老提出了应用清热化湿、活血通脉法来治疗。本论文总结张志真教授治疗白塞病的临床经验，认为湿热毒结是其基本病机，血脉瘀阻贯穿疾病始终，治以清热化湿，活血通脉为基本大法，随症加减，且张老注重日常调摄指导，增强疗效，预防复发，具有较好的临床指导意义。

| Abstract |
Behcets disease is a systemic immune-related vasculitis. There is no specific therapy for Behcets disease. Combined with Professor Zhang Zhizhens clinical experience for many years, Zhang Lao proposed the application of heat-clearing and dampness-removing, blood-activating and vessel-dredging therapy. This paper summarizes professor Zhang Zhi-zhens clinical experience in treating Behcets disease, and holds that dampness-heat toxin knot is the basic pathogenesis of Behcets disease, and blood stasis runs through the disease all the time, and Zhang Lao pays attention to the daily regulation guidance, enhances the curative effect, the prevention recrudescence, has the good clinical instruction significance.
