Objective To analyze the positive effects of applying the situation into bedside nursing mode in clinical nursing practice of patients with coronary heart disease on improving negative emotions, enhancing self-care ability and quality of life. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly selected from August 2023 to June 2024, and 40 were divided into numerical units. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, while the observation group was treated with bedside nursing mode. The differences of self-care ability, negative emotion and quality of life indexes between the two groups were analyzed. Results After nursing intervention, self-care ability, negative emotion and quality of life of patients in both groups were improved, and the data showed that patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the bedside nursing mode in CHD patients can realize the disease education of patients from many aspects and angles, promote the improvement of patients adverse emotions and self-care ability, promote the improvement of life quality, and provide new ideas and methods for clinical nursing.
