Objective This paper mainly analyzes the management mode used in delivery room nursing, and discusses the impact of the implementation of midwifery stratified management mode on the quality control of delivery room. Methods 100 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as research objects. According to different management modes in delivery room nursing, the women were divided into groups. 50 cases in the reference group were all administered conventional delivery room nursing management, and 50 cases in the study group were administered stratified management by midwives. Targeted statistics of maternal compliance, maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes, nursing satisfaction scores, through the comparison of various collected data, the purpose is to determine the application effect of different nursing management models. Results The total compliance rate of 50 (100.00%) in the study group was higher than that of 43 (86.00%) in the reference group (P < 0.05). The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in study group 1 (2.00%) was lower than that in reference group 7 (14.00%) (P < 0.05). Compared with the nursing management satisfaction scores of the two groups, the score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of stratified midwifery management mode in delivery room nursing is helpful to improve the delivery compliance, improve adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve nursing satisfaction, clinical application effect is ideal, and has the conditions for promotion.
