Objective To investigate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on patients undergoing myopia surgery. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 9890 patients with myopia surgery were divided into groups by systematic sampling method. Group A (n=4945) was provided with routine nursing services. Group B: To provide evidence-based nursing services, and finally observe the clinical data and relevant data indicators of the two groups, and carry out analysis and comparison. Results After statistical analysis, it can be seen that after the implementation of different intervention strategies, the results of the two groups are also different, group B is better than group A, and the P-value is less than 0.05. Specific comparison scope involved: clinical efficacy, SAS, SDS scores (all assessed by self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale), nursing satisfaction. Conclusion In the horizontal selection of clinical nursing plan for patients with myopia surgery, it is recommended to give priority to the implementation plan of group B, which can not only effectively improve patients negative emotions and improve clinical treatment effect, but also greatly promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
