| 摘要 |
探究分析基于九宫格思维模型的手术室护理管理在胸腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年4月期间的40例接受胸腔镜手术的患者，经电脑随机分组分为对照组与观察组，两组病例数相同，均为20例。对照组应用常规护理管理模式，观察组采用基于九宫格思维模型的手术室护理管理模式，从手术相关指标、护理满意度两个方面综合评估护理管理效果。结果 与对照组相比，观察组手术相关指标（手术准备时间、手术操作时间、连台手术周转时间）明显更具优势，且护理满意度更高，组间对比P＜0.05。结论 基于九宫格思维模型的手术室护理管理可显著改善手术相关指标以及满意度，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of operating room nursing management based on the nine-palace thinking model in thoracoscopic surgery. Methods From January 2022 to April 2024, 40 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer. The number of cases in both groups was the same (20 cases). The control group used the conventional nursing management mode, and the observation group used the operating room nursing management mode based on the nine-palace thinking model, and comprehensively evaluated the nursing management effect from two aspects of surgery-related indicators and nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly more advantages in surgical related indexes (surgical preparation time, surgical operation time, surgical turnaround time), and higher nursing satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing management in operating room based on the nine-grid thinking model can significantly improve the relevant indicators and satisfaction of surgery, and it is worth promoting and applying.
