| 摘要 |
探究老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折术后延续护理的应用效果。方法 选择120例（2023年6月-2024年6月）老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者，随机分2组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用延续护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组自护能力与日常生活活动能力高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组康复训练依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 术后采用延续护理可以增强老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者自护能力，有助于依从性的提升，进一步提高日常生活活动能力，减少并发症。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of postoperative continuation nursing for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture in the elderly. Methods 120 elderly patients (June 2023-June 2024) with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group adopted routine care and the observation group adopted continuation care to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The self-care ability and the control group were statistically significant (P <0.05); the observation group (P <0.05); the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of postoperative continuation care can enhance the self-care ability of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, help to improve compliance, further improve the ability of daily living activities, and reduce complications.
