Objective To study and analyze the value of personalized nursing interventions for critically ill patients receiving bedside blood purification therapy, and provide corresponding references for subsequent clinical interventions. Methods The sample subjects were 60 critically ill patients who received bedside blood purification treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received general care, while the observation group received personalized care. The psychological stress, nursing satisfaction, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The anxiety and depression levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; The nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications in the observation group were 100.00% and 3.33%, respectively, while those in the control group were 83.33% and 13.33%, respectively. The differences in these data were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Adding personalized nursing to bedside blood purification therapy for critically ill patients can assist in treatment, alleviate patients psychological pressure, and has value for promotion and application.
