| 摘要 |
探讨小儿大叶性肺炎行电子纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗的护理效果。方法 研究样本均来自我院2022年11月-2023年11月接受治疗的70例小儿大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象，使用随机数字表法将其分成35例对照组、35例观察组，均实施电子纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗，并分别给予常规护理，综合护理，对比两组护理效果及护理满意度。结果 观察组患儿护理效果高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿对护理满意度较对照组更高（P＜0.05）。结论 对小儿大叶性肺炎患儿进行纤维支气管镜行肺泡灌洗辅助治疗期间采取综合护理干预后，其临床护理效果较为显著，患儿对护理满意度更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing effect of electronic fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage in children with lobar pneumonia. Methods study samples are from our hospital in November 2022-2023 November treatment of 70 cases of children with lobar pneumonia as the study object, using the random number table method is divided into 35 control group, 35 cases of observation group, electronic fiber bronchoscope alveolar lavage treatment, and give routine care, comprehensive care, compare the two groups of nursing effect and nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing effect of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the observation group was better satisfied than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion After the comprehensive nursing intervention during alveolar lavage, the clinical nursing effect was significant, and the nursing satisfaction was higher.
