Objective To analyze and study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the nursing of perienterostomy dermatitis. Methods This trial was conducted from February 2023 to February 2024. 60 patients with enterostomy who were treated in our hospital during this period were selected as observation objects and divided into two groups with the same number of people according to the order of admission. Thirty patients included in the control group received routine nursing, and 30 patients included in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing. After nursing, the symptom improvement time and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the experimental data, it can be seen that the improvement time of various adverse symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05), and the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing methods in the nursing of patients with perienterostomy dermatitis can improve the recovery efficiency of patients with dermatitis symptoms, and also improve the quality of life of patients through the provision of meticulous and high-quality nursing services.
