Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of operating room care for pediatric hernia laparoscopic surgery. Methods in January 2023-January 2024 in our hernia laparoscopic surgery as the research object, in accord with the study, and the parents are fully understand the study purpose and voluntary consent of 100 cases, divided two groups distinguish nursing intervention, research group of children to strengthen operating room nursing, reference group children receive routine care, compare nursing effect, statistical surgery related indicators, complications, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction and other clinical related data, as the basis of the study. Results In terms of intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospital stay, the study group was lower than the reference group (P <0.05); Moreover, the study group 2 (4.00%) was lower than the reference group 9 (18.00%) (P <0.05). Statistical treatment compliance rate, 49 (98.00%) in the study group than the reference group 41 (82.00%) (P <0.05). Statistical nursing satisfaction, 50 (100.00%) higher than 40 (80.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing for pediatric laparoscopic hernia surgery helps to optimize the surgical index of children, reduce complications, improve treatment compliance, enhance nursing satisfaction, and the application effect is remarkable, which is worthy of promotion and application.
