Objective To explore the practical benefit of accelerated rehabilitation surgery principle in perioperative nursing of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group (50 cases with conventional nursing methods) and observation group (50 cases with nursing intervention based on the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery) according to random grouping method. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results When comparing the data from the observation group and the control group, patients in the observation group had a lower frequency of complications, a lower degree of pain, and a significantly higher degree of satisfaction with nursing services. In addition, patients in the observation group also showed significant benefits in terms of postoperative recovery, including earlier first exhaust time, earlier first out of bed activity, and shorter hospital stays. These differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention with the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery has achieved remarkable results in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, which can significantly improve patients nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, relieve pain, and promote postoperative rehabilitation. It has high application value.
