| 摘要 |
分析对接受手术治疗的脊柱骨折患者实施快速康复护理的应用效果。方法 抽取2022年12月-2023年12月期间在我院接受手术治疗的脊柱骨折患者70例，以随机信封法分组，接受外科常规护理的患者为对照组（n=35），接受快速康复护理的患者为观察组（n=35），对比不同时间节点（术前、术后24h及术后48h）疼痛水平[视觉模拟量表（VAS）]、首次下床活动时间、住院时间及生活质量[简易生活质量量表（SF-36）]评分。结果 （1）观察组术后24h及48h VAS评分较术前均显著下降，且低于对照组（P＜0.05）；（2）观察组首次下床活动时间及住院时间用时均比对照组短（P＜0.05）；（3）护理后，观察组SF-36评分较护理前均显著提升，且高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对接受手术治疗的脊柱骨折患者在进行护理进应用快速康复护理模式可显著改善患者疼痛水平，促进患者康复，改善患者生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation care for spinal fracture patients. Methods 70 spinal fracture patients who had been treated for surgery in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were divided by randomization envelope, and patients receiving routine surgical care were the control group (n=35) (n=35) (n = 35), and the pain level (VAS)], first ambulation, hospitalization and quality of life at different time nodes (24h before and 48h after surgery) (SF-36)]. Results (1) the VAS scores at 24h and 48 h after the observation group were significantly decreased and were lower than the control group (P <0.05), (2) the first ambulation and hospital time were shorter than the control group (P <0.05), and the SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than before nursing care and higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode for patients with spinal fractures can significantly improve the pain level, promote the recovery, and improve the quality of life.
