| 摘要 |
分析人性化护理在骨折护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年5月至2024年5月为样本时间；500例骨折患者为研究样本；分组方式应用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各250例，分别采取人性化护理与常规护理；对比最终护理效果。结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，生活质量评分高于对照组，心理状态评分低于对照组，护理质量评分高于对照组，呈P<0.05。结论 人性化护理措施的应用，能够预防并降低并发症发生率，可强化对不良情绪的控制管理，能够提高患者的生活质量水平，能够预防并降低并发症发生率，可提高患者的护理质量水平，促进患者健康的有效恢复，可广泛推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing in fracture nursing. Methods May 2023 to May 2024 was selected as the sample time. 500 patients with fracture were studied. Grouping method randomized number table method was used to divide 250 cases into observation group and control group, taking humanized nursing and routine nursing respectively. Compare the final nursing effect. Results The complication rate, quality of life score, psychological status score and nursing quality score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing measures can prevent and reduce the incidence of complications, strengthen the control and management of adverse emotions, improve the quality of life of patients, prevent and reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of nursing of patients, promote the effective recovery of patients health, and can be widely applied.
