加速康复理念结合放松减压疗法对下肢创伤骨折术后恐动症的影响

| 摘要 |
探析下肢创伤骨折患者行加速康复理念+放松减压疗法的价值。方法 取我院2023年6月~2024年6月下肢骨折148例患者，随机分组，各组均74例，对照组、观察组分别行常规护理、常规护理+加速康复理念+放松减压疗法，组间影响分析。结果 术后，两组VAS评分持续降低，且术后12h、1d、3d、7d观察组数值低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组观察指标、恐动症发生几率、康复情况均较对照组更优（P<0.05）。结论 加速康复理念+放松减压疗法给予下肢骨折患者取得了显著效用，可借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the value of accelerated rehabilitation concept plus relaxation and decompression therapy in patients with lower extremity trauma fracture. Methods 148 patients with lower limb fracture in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into 74 patients in each group. The control group and observation group received routine nursing, routine nursing + accelerated rehabilitation concept + relaxation and decompression therapy, respectively, and analyzed the influence between groups. Results The VAS scores of both groups were decreased continuously after operation, and the values of observation group were lower than control group at 12h, 1d, 3d and 7d after operation (P<0.05). The observation index, the incidence rate of kineophobia and the rehabilitation of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation concept plus relaxation and decompression therapy in patients with lower limb fracture has achieved significant effect, which can be used for reference.
