| 摘要 |
探讨在妇科子宫切除手术患者中采取快速康复外科理念（ERAS）护理模式的应用价值。方法选取本院在2022年7月至2023年7月接受妇科子宫切除手术治疗的78例患者，根据随机抽样法分组，试验组（ERAS护理模式，39例），对照组（常规手术护理模式，39例）。对比两组的康复指标、心理状态与术后并发症情况。结果 与对照组康复指标相比，试验组患者术后肛门排气、排便时间更早，离床活动更早，术口愈合更快，住院时间更短（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，试验组的焦虑（SAS）与抑郁（SDS）评分与术后并发症总发生率均更低（P＜0.05）。结论 在接受妇科子宫切除手术治疗的患者中采取ERAS护理模式能更快促进患者术后康复，改善其心理状态，预防并发症风险。

| Abstract |
Objective To evaluate the value of ERAS nursing model in patients undergoing gynecological hysterectomy. Methods A total of 78 patients who received gynecological hysterectomy in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group (ERAS nursing mode, 39 cases) and control group (conventional surgical nursing mode, 39 cases) according to random sampling. The rehabilitation index, psychological state and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the time of anal exhaust and defecation in experimental group was earlier, the movement from bed was earlier, the operative healing was faster, and the hospital stay was shorter (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of anxiety (SAS) and depression (SDS) and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion ERAS nursing model can accelerate postoperative recovery, improve psychological state and prevent complications in patients undergoing gynecological hysterectomy.
