| 摘要 |
分析探讨预见性护理对急诊科脑卒中患者常见并发症的影响研究。方法 本文的急诊科脑卒中患者入院时间均为2022年11月到2023年11月，选择其中的66例随机分为研究组和参照组，其中研究组32例，参照组34例。分别对两组患者通过预见性护理和常规护理进行干预，比较两组患者的救治有效率和并发症发生率。结果 研究组的临床救治有效率明显比参照组更高，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；研究患者的并发症发生率明显低于参照组，有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 预见性护理可提升急诊科脑卒中患者救治有效率，能够降低患者并发症的发生，值得临床借鉴。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of predictive nursing on the common complications of stroke patients in the emergency department. Methods The time of admission of stroke patients in the emergency department of this paper was from November 2022 to November 2023. 66 of them were randomly divided into study group and reference group, including 32 cases in the study group and 34 cases in the reference group. The treatment efficiency and complication rate of the two groups were compared by the intervention of predictive nursing and routine nursing respectively. Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The complication rate of the study patients was significantly lower than that of the reference group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can improve the treatment efficiency of stroke patients in emergency department and reduce the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical reference.
