Objective To study the value of humanistic nursing in clinical nursing of esophageal cancer. Methods 74 patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the study group, with 37 patients receiving humanized nursing, and the other group was the control group, with 37 patients receiving routine nursing. The scores of quality of life, nursing satisfaction and various clinical indicators after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results in the comparison of nursing satisfaction, the score of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P; After the intervention, the changes of serum albumin, hemoglobin and lymphocyte coefficient in the study group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The scores of physiological function, social function and mental health in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion for the clinical nursing of patients with esophageal cancer, the humanistic nursing can not only improve the quality of life of patients, but also improve their clinical indicators, which is worth using.
