Objective To analyze the value of the operating room nursing path for hepatobiliary laparoscopic surgery. Methods Randomized to receive hepatobiliary laparoscopic surgery patients from January 2023 to February 2024 (n=74). The test group took the operating room nursing path, and the control group took routine care. Contrast the complications and other indicators. Results About intraoperative blood loss: the test group only (128.49 ± 12.67) ml, but the control group reached (159.31 ± 14.28) ml, the comparison found that the intraoperative blood loss in the test group was less (P <0.05). Complications: 5.41% in the test group and 21.62% in the control group: lower data in the test group (P <0.05). SDS and SAS scores: After intervention, the test group (33.15 ± 4.28), (35.02 ± 5.14), and the control group (45.91 ± 6.34), (46.94 ± 6.18), and found that the test group had lower data (P <0.05). Satisfaction: 97.3% in the experimental group, 78.38% in the control group, and higher in the experimental group (P < 0.05). Quality of care: the experimental group achieved (99.03±0.64) points, but the control group only (92.04±0.93) points, and the experimental group data was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery with the operating room nursing path, patients have fewer complications, lower intraoperative blood loss, better nursing quality, higher satisfaction, more obvious improvement in mentality.
