急诊护理干预对农药中毒患者急救效果的影响分析

| 摘要 |
分析农药中毒患者接受急诊护理干预对急救效果的影响。方法 择取本院急诊科2022年10月至2023年10月收治农药中毒患者，入组共88例患者随机分为对照、观察2个组别。对照组（n=42）实施常规护理，观察组（n=46）实施急诊护理干预。观察两组急救指标、并发症、护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较，观察组昏迷持续时间、洗胃时间、胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、住院时长更显著降低，两组统计学存在意义（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组并发症总发生率显著降低，两组统计学存在意义（P＜0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组护理总满意率显著提高，两组统计学存在意义（P＜0.05）。结论 农药中毒患者接受急诊护理干预可提高急救效果，降低并发症风险，患者满意度更高。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention on first aid of patients with pesticide poisoning. Methods A total of 88 patients with pesticide poisoning admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into two groups: control and observation. Control group (n=42) received routine nursing, observation group (n=46) received emergency nursing intervention. First aid index, complications and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the coma duration, gastric lavage time, cholinesterase activity recovery time and hospital stay time in the observation group were significantly reduced, with statistical significance between the two groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly reduced, with statistical significance between the two groups (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly increased, and there was statistical significance between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Receiving emergency nursing intervention for patients with pesticide poisoning can improve the first aid effect, reduce the risk of complications, and increase patient satisfaction.
