| 摘要 |
讨论根治性膀胱切除术患者实施整体护理对术后生活质量的影响。方法 2022年1月至2023年6月共计80名患者，随机等量分为对照组（常规护理）和研究组（整体护理），对比结果。结果 在疼痛程度VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分、生活自理能力Barthel指数评分、社交活动参与度评分的指标数据上两组差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 在根治性膀胱切除术患者的护理期间实施整体护理有助于改善患者生活质量，缓解患者治疗压力，值得推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the effect of holistic nursing on postoperative quality of life in patients with radical cystectomy. Methods From January 2022 to June 2023, a total of 80 patients were randomly divided into control group (routine care) and study group (holistic care), and the results were compared. Results There were significant differences in VAS, SAS, SDS, Barthel index and social activity participation between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing during the nursing of patients with radical cystectomy is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients and relieve the pressure of treatment.
