| 摘要 |
探究分析先天性脊柱侧弯矫形手术患者的围手术期护理效果。方法 时间：2022年1月至2024年1月，对象；接受先天性脊柱侧弯矫形手术的患者共26例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用围手术期综合护理，对比两组的并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 通过予以接受先天性脊柱侧弯矫形手术患者围手术期综合护理干预，可显著降低患者并发症发生率，确保患者生活质量的提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the perioperative nursing effect of patients with congenital scoliosis undergoing orthopaedic surgery. Methods time: January 2022 to January 2024, object; A total of 26 patients receiving orthopaedic surgery for congenital scoliosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received perioperative comprehensive nursing. The incidence of complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery for congenital scoliosis can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
