| 摘要 |
探析ICU重症患者行心理护理后对患者情绪的影响。方法 取2023年1月~2024年1月我院ICU重症患者114例，随机分组，对照组57例+常规护理，观察组57例+常规护理+心理护理，组间影响分析。结果 干预后，观察组SAS、SDS评分、CD-RISC（心理弹性问卷）评分、睡眠质量、并发症均较对照组更优（P<0.05）。结论 ICU重症患者行心理护理所获效用确切，利于负性情绪、心理弹性水平的改善，睡眠障碍减轻，并发症减少，可行。

| Abstract |
Objective to explore the influence of psychological nursing on the mood of ICU patients. Methods a total of 114 critically ill patients in ICU from January to January in 20232024 were randomly divided into control group (N = 57) and Observation Group (N = 57). Results after intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS, CD-RISC, sleep quality and complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P & Lt; 0.05). Conclusion the effect of psychological nursing in ICU patients with severe illness is exact, it is beneficial to improve negative emotion and psychological elasticity, reduce sleep disturbance and complications.
