Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle management in elderly stroke nursing and health education. Methods 52 elderly stroke patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 26 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received PDCA cycle management. The functional scores, nursing quality scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had significantly higher scores on the Health Style Scale (HPL) and the Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADL) compared to the control group, while the Neurological Impairment Scale (NIHSS) was significantly lower than the control group, with significant inter group comparisons (P<0.05); The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in elderly stroke nursing and health education can effectively improve nursing quality, promote patient health behavior improvement, enhance their daily living ability, and improve neurological function, thereby increasing nursing satisfaction.
