| 摘要 |
探析实施延续护理在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）的肿瘤患者中的临床价值。方法选择我院2021年5月-2023年5月，两年间收治的100例肿瘤患者作为研究对象。将患者按照护理方法的不同随机分为研究组（50例，使用常规护理）和对照组（50例，实施延续护理）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，研究组患者生活质量评分较对照组更高，并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管的肿瘤患者护理开展过程中，延续护理具备显著的临床效果，能够降低患者的并发症风险，提高患者的生活质量，有较高的临床价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the clinical value of implementing continuous care in tumor patients who have a central venous catheter (PICC) inserted through peripheral veins. Methods 100 cancer patients admitted to our hospital between May 2021 and May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Patients were randomly divided into a study group (50 cases, receiving routine care) and a control group (50 cases, receiving continuing care) according to different nursing methods. Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of patients. Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing process of tumor patients with central venous catheters inserted through peripheral veins, continuous nursing has significant clinical effects, can reduce the risk of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and has high clinical value.
