Objective To study the effect of different intestinal preparation time in endoscopic colonic polypectomy. Methods a total of 100 patients with colonic polyps treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected. The intestinal cleanliness, the incidence of adverse reactions and the applicability of drugs were analyzed. Results the good rate of intestinal cleanliness in the experimental group was 46 (92.00%) lower than 48 (96.00%) in the control group, but the comparison between groups was p > 0.05; The incidence of adverse reactions in 3 / 50 (6.00%) patients in the experimental group was lower than that in 12 / 50 (24.00%) patients in the control group (P < 0.05); The probabilities of good sleep, satisfactory administration and no discomfort in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion the cleaning effect of 6 hours before operation is almost the same as that of the night before operation, and the adverse reactions and negative effects on patients are less.
