| 摘要 |
探究分析利用微信对初产妇进行护理管理的效果。方法 时间：2022年1月至2023年12月，对象：初产妇共80例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组在对照组的基础上融入微信护理管理。对比两组的妊娠期并发症发生率；妊娠结局。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 结合微信护理管理，可显著改善初产妇妊娠期并发症发生率以及妊娠结局，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Wechat nursing management on primipara. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 80 cases of primipara were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group adopted routine nursing management, and the observation group was integrated into Wechat nursing management based on the control group. The incidence of complications during pregnancy was compared between the two groups. Pregnancy outcome. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Wechat nursing management can significantly improve the incidence of pregnancy complications and pregnancy outcomes of primipara, which is worthy of promotion and application.
