| 摘要 |
分析股骨颈骨折老年患者干预过程中，予以康复护理的应用。方法 选取2023年3月，收集相关数据，拟定研究计划，2024年3月我院接诊股骨颈骨折老年患者80例参与分析，以随机抽签法分组，每组患者人数各40例，研究组及对照组分别采用康复护理与常规护理，分析情绪评分、VAS评分、满意度。结果 研究组情绪评分比较对照组较低；研究组VAS评分比较对照组较低；研究组护理满意度比较对照组满意度更高，P＜0.05，分析组间差异，统计学意义显著。结论 临床为股骨颈骨折患者提供康复护理指导，对患者机体疼痛缓解效果较为明显，同时能够保障患者情绪乐观、阳光，提高护理满意度，值得临床推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application of rehabilitation nursing in the intervention of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods In March, 2023, we collected relevant data and drew up a research plan. In March, 2024, 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in our hospital participated in the analysis, and were randomly divided into groups, with 40 patients in each group. The study group and the control group were treated with rehabilitation nursing and routine nursing respectively, and the emotional score, VAS score and satisfaction were analyzed. Results The emotional score of the study group was lower than that of the control group; The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Clinical rehabilitation nursing guidance for patients with femoral neck fracture has obvious effect on relieving patients body pain, at the same time, it can ensure patients emotional optimism and sunshine, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
