Objective To analyze the effect of using traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with health education in patients with nerve headache, to help patients relieve clinical symptoms and improve the correct cognition of the disease. Methods Selected 60 patients with nerve headache from January 2023 to December 2023, and the control group adopted basic nursing; the observation group combined TCM nursing with health education to compare the clinical efficacy. Results The total response rate of the observation group (93.33%) was higher than the control group (73.33%), and the comparison difference was significant, P <0.05; the self-care management level (ESCA) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the comparison difference was significant, P <0.05. Moreover, in the nursing satisfaction contrast, the observation group patients had higher scores than the control group, with a significant contrast difference, P <0.05. Conclusion The effect of TCM nursing combined with health education for patients with nerve headache is remarkable, which is helpful for patients to understand the disease, improve their self-management awareness and ability, and help to alleviate clinical symptoms, so it is worth promotion and application.
