Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of narrative nursing combined with acupoint massage on post-stroke depression patients. Methods 64 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were divided into two groups using a random number table method, namely the reference group and the experimental group. The former adopts routine nursing intervention, while the latter adopts narrative nursing combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the above, with 32 cases in each group. Evaluate the effects of two groups based on anxiety, depression scores, sleep quality, and neurological function scores. Results The scores of anxiety and depression were relatively visible, and the difference between the two groups before nursing was small (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group showed a significant decrease (P<0.05). The comparison of sleep quality and neurological function scores shows that the experimental group is lower than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with acupoint massage can alleviate negative emotions, improve sleep quality and neurological function in patients with post-stroke depression. This nursing method can be promoted in clinical practice.
