| 摘要 |
浅析高血压患者采用门诊健康教育的效果，帮助患者更全面地认识高血压，并具备一定自我护理能力。方法 选取2022年4月到2023年4月收治的高血压患者288例，对照组采用基础护理；观察组加强健康教育宣讲，对比门诊护理疗效。结果 观察组患者的血压水平管控效果优于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05；在对比患者健康促进生活方式评分中，观察组患者整体情况优于对照组，对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 针对高血压患者实施门诊健康教育的效果显著，有助于改善患者血压水平，患者生活方式更积极、健康，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of outpatient health education for hypertension patients, so as to help patients understand hypertension more comprehensively and have certain self-care ability. Methods A total of 288 hypertensive patients from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected, and the control group received basic nursing care. The observation group strengthened health education and compared the curative effect of outpatient nursing. Results The blood pressure control effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05); In the comparison of health promotion lifestyle scores of patients, the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of outpatient health education for hypertension patients is remarkable, which can help to improve the blood pressure level of patients, and the life style of patients is more active and healthy, which is worthy of popularization and application.
