| 摘要 |
分析水胶体敷料联合凸面底盘在造口患者发生粪水性皮炎中的治疗效果。方法 对13例发生造口周围粪水性皮炎的患者进行水胶体敷料联合凸面底盘进行造口护理。结果 经治疗后本组13例患者粪水性皮炎治愈12例，明显好转1例，患者出院后继续使用凸面底盘，有效地减少了粪水渗漏的发生。结论 水胶体敷料联合造口凸面底盘应用于造口周围粪水性皮炎患者中效果较佳。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the efficacy of hydrocolloid dressing combined with convex chassis in the treatment of fecal waterborne dermatitis in patients with ostomy. Methods 13 patients with hydrocolloid dressing and convex chassis were treated with hydrocolloid dressing. Results After treatment, 12 cases of 13 patients were cured and 1 case was significantly improved. After discharge, patients continued to use convex chassis, which effectively reduced the occurrence of fecal water leakage. Conclusion The effect of hydrocolloid dressing combined with ostomy convex chassis is better in patients with periostomy coprosopic dermatitis.
