Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on patients with depression. Methods A total of 100 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects in this comprehensive psychological nursing study. They were divided into comprehensive group and reference group by multi-stage sampling method, among which 50 patients with depression in the reference group were treated with conventional therapy and 50 patients with depression in the experimental group. In the reference group, comprehensive psychological nursing was carried out in addition to conventional nursing therapy for depression. All aspects of quality of life and post-care satisfaction were compared between the control group and the control group. Results Compared with the reference group, all aspects of quality of life in the comprehensive group were better (P < 0.05), and the satisfaction rate of depression patients in the comprehensive group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion After comprehensive psychological nursing intervention, patients depression mood can be effectively regulated and their quality of life can be significantly improved.
