This article retrospectively analyzed a case of a patient with vestibular torticollis. Based on the patients nursing problems, we adopted traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing, providing psychological care, life care, rehabilitation training, medication care, dietary care and other nursing measures to the patient, and the patients condition gradually improved Spastic torticollis is a localized muscle tone disorder that affects the neck region, characterized by paroxysmal involuntary contractions of the neck muscles, causing head to side twisting or intermittent tilting. It is an extrapyramidal motor disorder and an independent organic disease. However, psychological factors such as anxiety and reactive depression play a certain regulatory role in the severity of symptoms of this disease, and emotional impulses are even a factor in the accelerated development of this disease.
