Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing plan in emergency treatment and its intervention effect on stroke patients. Methods With January 2023 as the starting point and December 2023 as the end point, a total of 124 stroke patients admitted to the emergency department of our hospital for treatment at this stage were collected by random sampling method, and they were divided into routine group and cluster group according to the nursing plan adopted by medical staff during their treatment. The disability rate, mortality rate, incidence of high risk events and other indicators of the two groups were collected for comparative analysis. Results The incidence of disability, mortality and high risk events in cluster group was significantly lower than that in conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of emergency treatment of stroke patients, the use of cluster nursing plan to provide nursing services for stroke patients can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events in the emergency treatment of stroke groups, and provide protection for the quality of prognosis of this group.
