Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of "knowing, believing and practicing" mode combined with continuous nursing for patients with thyroid cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with thyroid cancer treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group (30 cases, routine care) and experimental group (30 cases, "knowledge, faith and practice" mode combined with extended care), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed. Results The score of self-care ability was higher, the score of quality of life was significantly increased, the score of health belief was lower, and the score of medication compliance was higher, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of "knowing, believing and doing" mode of continuous nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability, health belief and life quality of thyroid cancer patients, and has high application value.
